This is the centralized public library system of Yerevan's Ajapnyak Administrative District, established in 1998 through the merger of five municipal libraries. In 2021, it was named after the world-renowned singer, songwriter, and philanthropist Charles Aznavour. The system includes a central library and three branch libraries that provide library, information, and cultural services. It offers reading rooms, adult and children's services, literary events, book presentations, educational programs, and reading promotion activities while actively cooperating with educational and cultural institutions.
