This is the public library of Yerevan's Nubarashen Administrative District and one of the district's main cultural and information centers. Founded in 1936, it has served the local community for decades. The library serves approximately 1,000 readers and maintains a collection of more than 27,000 books, including fiction, children's literature, educational, popular science, and reference materials. It regularly hosts literary events, book exhibitions, educational activities, and reading promotion programs. In 2014, the library building was completely renovated under a Yerevan Municipality development program, providing improved facilities for visitors.
