Some phenomens of quantum theory in condensed matter physics

This work is devoted to the study of selected phenomena of quantum theory in condensed matter physics, examining how quantum-mechanical principles manifest themselves in the behavior of solids and other many-particle systems. The research explores fundamental quantum effects such as electron quantization, tunneling, quantum coherence, superconductivity, superfluidity, and collective excitations that arise from interactions among large numbers of particles in condensed media. Particular attention is given to the theoretical models used to describe electronic band structures, quantum phase transitions, and the emergence of novel states of matter whose properties cannot be explained by classical physics alone. The study also analyzes the role of quantum statistics, many-body interactions, and symmetry principles in determining the electrical, magnetic, thermal, and optical characteristics of materials. Furthermore, it discusses the significance of condensed matter systems as platforms for investigating fundamental quantum phenomena and for developing advanced technologies, including quantum computing, nanoscale electronics, and next-generation functional materials.
